Return and Exchanges

As soon as you receive your order, if you have a problem with the sizing or some other cause for dissatisfaction, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return the product. Patina shoes are completely customized and personalized for each customer so we will not be able to accept returns or exchange them. 

1) The product must be unused and unworn.

2) the product must be returned in the same conditions it arrived in and with the original packaging (LeCouré) box and shoe bags. 

3) All returns should be sent to our central office within 10 days of the original purchase.

4) The purchaser will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.

5)The refund of the full amount is made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase or the specified bank account.

6) In case of exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for all the shipping costs related to the transaction, once we have received the item, we will send out the new model/size, bearing in mind that the customer will have to wait a further 60 days as this is the same time needed to make the new model chosen by the customer.
